One of the most attractive of this set, it shows off nicely some of the colours of Peterborough.

I've 'massaged' Vierne's registrations somewhat to fit the instrument, while I hope remaining true to the spirit of the composer.

The melody is on the Solo Orchestral Oboe with 4' flute added. The Flute Harmonique is on the Great Flute 4' down an octave. In the central section you hear the Choir Flutes 8',4'. At the end the Swell Celestes and finally Solo Unda Maris.
