| Description: | Grüel, Eugen
Born Pömmelte, Germany, Oct. 5th, 1847; Died. Potsdam, Jan. 4th, 1927.
Organist of the Holy Ghost Church, Potsdam.
That is the only information on this composer that I can find.
More from this composer who likes short pieces with many fugal entries and stacatto minims!
Numbers 8 and 10 stand out in this group as being more varied than what seems to be the normal pattern.
Number 8 2:55 with an almost continuous stacatto pedal is marked FF but the harmony I feel speaks in a more personal way when played P. The music is below so try it for yourself both ways.
Number 10 7:30 is a mixture of a dotted rythmn and his favouite stacatto minims all together making a vigourous challeneg for the player.
