Christ lag in Todesbanden

Bach emphasizes the more the darker side of the text of this choral. Written in a plain three part te4xture, the choral melody can be played with a solo register. The accompaniment is based on motives of the choral melody in fore imitation. All in all a simple effective, nice to play composition.
