Description:	I've spent 2 days trying to get a soughdough loaf to rise. Then I leave it in the oven for an hour longer than is required because I'm frustrated trying to get this fugue recorded. I've found it quite challenging to keep it steady and clean. I might try again on another organ in a week or two.
