Jesu joy of man's desiring

Johann Sebastian Bach made a lot of great music. This is one of my favourites now. It’s derived from a chorale setting of the Cantata. I like to listen to this music. It is often performed slowly at weddingceremonies.
Bach's version is a faster tempo compared to what is more popularly listened to now. Nevertheless, after lisening to orchestra/choir performances which had a fast tempo, I chose my own tempo (slower than the choir). At least I try to get it flow beautifully…When life throws us with difficult challenges, when we feel difficult to keep going, then I can listen to this wonderful music. Bach Magic!
