There are just a few pieces for organ by Johann Kuhnau, including his Biblische Sonaten for harpsichord or organ.
This is a short, but very interesting chorale setting of "Ach Herr, mich armen Sünder". The harmonics, enriched with a lot of chromatic scales, are very good in my opinion.
I used this piece also to show the tremulant of the Manuael (stop: Roerpijp 8') of the Anloo-sampleset. It isn't a recorded tremulant, therefore I was critical at first. But now I think this is a very good modelled tremulant. It comes very close to the real thing, when I listened back to one of my old recordings when playing on the real organ.
I'm curious what you think of it!
