And here I have now a piece for you suitable for the currently beautiful weather.Fantasia, fugue and chorale to the famous German chorale "Die gueldne Sonne" by Johann Georg Ebeling. My op.2 No.2 - the Fantasia plays with the chorale theme; powerful unisonos alternate with a rushed sounding polyphonic play with the chorale theme in minor in the pedal. Then follows a pedal solo (therefore MIDI ;-) after an organ point, which is technically almost impossible to realize, and then quickly leads into the quieter 4-voice fugue. In the middle of the fugue, the fugue picks up the rushed sounding play from the fantasy again and ends with a full organ and a (harmonically not at all) baroque sounding cadenza. A simple choral movement ends the piece. Doesn't the "little" Giubiasco organ sound enormous?
