Composer: * My Own Composition
Sample Producer: Piotr Grabowski
Sample Set: Strassburg, C. Werner, 1743
Software: GrandOrgue
Genre: Baroque
Description:
Again a larger choral arrangement. This time on the beautiful chorale "Jesu meine Freude", which was also set to music by Bach several times.
The toccata contains 2 difficult pedal solos and anticipates the polyphony of the fugue in the quiet part.
The four-part fugue develops a dense, polyphonic, almost jazz-like effect due to the "walking bass" under the chorale melody and the counterpoint.
The final chorale movement sounds as if it was written by the great Bach himself - I love Bach - and I think you can hear that in my pieces ....
