Adagio

This beautiful emotional piece I first recorded using the onboard baroque organ on my Nord C2D. It was lacking something at that point and I worked it through with the talented composer Morten Malvik.

During the lockdown period I took the opportunity to move to Hauptwerk V which has so opened up my world of organ playing again. I then did a further recording of the piece using the Pitea School of Music by Al Morse. I found a good balance with the with the flutes and oboe and my favourite part is about 1:50 when you can really open the organ up. I hope you enjoy this really moving piece of music.
