I have come back from a nice extended stay in Cornwall. from where I have been listening to you all but not playing. So this is my victorious homecoming piece, having defeated the Celtic tribes and converted Cornwall to Catholicism (a feat indeed, I discovered it was a stronghold of puritanism). This recording uses the one manual Gallician organ of 1699. This organ has been moved from its original church setting to private accommodation with a dry environment, I think it is therefore justifiable to give it back a church acoustic; I have done so with a 3.8 second reverb, which I think is similar to some of the other Spanish samples. I think you will agree this is a fine Batalha and a fine instrument.
