Do you know the land of the oak forests, or simply "Deutsches Lied," which sounds a bit too "folkish" to me. Melody and text are by Wilhelm Tschirch.

In May 2019, I composed one, or rather two song movements for it. The 4-part main movement is contrasted by a trio, which is played on the beautiful Friesach organ.
