Oliver Oldham Brooksbank (1859-1934) was a chorister at St. George's Chapel, and later became organist of Tonbridge School and several churches in Surrey. His brother, Hugh, was organist of Landaff Cathedral.
I only know the name of Oliver Brooksbank from one or two chants from the King's College Cambridge Psalter/Chant Book.
I recall liking his chant/s very much, and was intrigued to see this piece by him, brief as it is.
In many ways, this seems more like a piano prelude, but I "worked it up a bit," and this is the result that I came up with.
I have a habit of "making pictures" with pieces like this, and to me, this depicted the sunrise, and so, that's the way I tried to play it. :-)
This work is found in Volume 7 of "The Organist's Quarterly Journal". The score itself is too large to attach, but THIS is the correct IMSLP link, where you can find 9 of the 10 volumes.

I have no photos of Oliver Brooksbank, but I did attach several of the (restored) Tonbridge School, including one of the new, Marcussen organ.
