Hari Bayani (b. 1983) was born in San Francisco, California and holds degrees from San Francisco State University and the California Institute of Integrative Studies. He served churches as a liturgical musician in the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of San Francisco for nearly 20 years before moving to Honolulu, Hawaii, where he remains active as a composer, conductor, and church musician. (Bayani was previously known by the name “Rogíl Ambrosio Birco II.”)
