Partita 'Freu dich sehr, o meine Seele', P.129

This Pachelbel partita will always remind me of my organ lessons as a teenager, when I was learning to play the pedals. The 4th variation has a simple pedal part, so that was a nice training, combined with the two voices on the manuals.

I wanted to try the Fagot 8' of the Pedal as c.f. in the 4th variation. Especially on the B it has a slow speech, as you may notice, but it adds to the realism of this sample set.

Out of habit I always play the chorale again at the end of the partita. Not prescribed by Herr Pachelbel.

The end of the trial period is coming near. But I think, I will not be parted for long from this sample set...
