Description:
Hymn A Mighty Fortress is Our God (Ein feste Burg ist unser Gott). It is one of the best known hymns by the reformer Martin Luther. He wrote the words and composed the melody sometime between 1527 and 1529. The hymn has been used by numerous composers, including Johan Sebastian Bach. I play one version of Max Reger (1873 - 1916). Somewhere I read that on the base of Luther's tomb is inscribed, A Mighty Fortres Is Our God.
I play the Intro/ Prelude first and then the Hymn.

To hear the bass pedal part (melody)and distinguish other parts in the Intro, you could probably listen with headphones.

Notice: At the end in the Hymn part you can look at Organteq.
