This sample set contains two organs from the Chapelet collection: a Castilian and a Galician organ. In this video I explore the Galician organ by playing some organ works of Abraham van den Kerckhoven, a Flemish composer and organist. He was influenced by French, Italian and Spanish styles.

I recorded the complete Cocquiel-manuscript (with mainly pieces by Van den Kerckhoven) on the Anloo sample set. So it was nice to try some pieces on a very different baroque organ.
Fear not, I won't record the complete manuscript again on this organ :)

Sometimes I deviate from the prescribed registrations, just to show you some different sounds of this organ.
