Larghetto

Graham's notes about this piece:
"Larghetto was inspired by the magnificent Trio Sonatas of J S Bach. I have enjoyed listening to many great performances of the Sonatas over the years, but they are well beyond my abilities as an organist to play to performance standards. Therefore I thought I'd try and write a quasi-trio 'homage' which is not too demanding of the player but hopefully has echoes of music that comes from the greatest era of organ composition. And of course, I wanted to dedicate the music to someone who is passionate about this era of music and I was both delighted and honoured that Ralph was prepared to be the dedicatee!"
