Grazia Salvatori (b. 1941) — Gagliarda (2016) for organ
Italian organist and composer Grazia Salvatori (b. 1941) was born in Castellana Grotte (Bari). In In 1978, she became professor of organ and composition at the “N. Piccinni” University of Bari. As an organist, she has performed throughout Europe, the USA, Mexico, and Australia. Salvatori has served as artistic director for the International Competition for Composition and Performance “Don Vincenzo Vitti.” As a composer, she has written and published numerous works for keyboard instruments and for various chamber combinations.
