An additional German Folksong from the 19. century.
"Der Schlemmer" is probably unknown to the non German audience. A "Schlemmer" is a gourmet, enjoying good food and beverages :-)
I've set the melody to 4 voices many years ago and now adapted the composition for the organ.
The song is from Franz Magnus Böhme, 1877 and the melody could be found in the "Altdeutsches Liederbuch".
