Description: | I found this nice piece on IMSLP in a very nice free edition prepared by Pierre Gouin.
It is attributed to Antoine Calvière (1695-1755) and it is so unique for the organ music of its time, that there is some doubt about its real origins.
The melody line is shared by the hautbois and the cromorne.
So with St. Maximin I have now a French barock organ at my disposition, which contains a nice hautbois in the récit division.
I have installed the new version, which Jiri Zurek has published today, with strong pipe coupling.
