The concerto is one of a set of 12 'concerti a cinque' published in 1722; this is the slow movement from the concerto.
Wikipedia says that this movement is "probably the second best-known work of Albinoni after the Adagio in G minor", but since Albinoni almost certainly composed little or nothing of the Adagio, that makes this movement Albinoni's number 1 hit.
Woodwind players may notice that some of the ornaments I have added trill a little fast for a double reed instrument. I decided to pace them at a speed more typical of the organ.
