Henry Ernest Geehl - (28 September 1881 – 14 January 1961) was an English pianist, conductor, composer and arranger. Teacher at Trinity College of Music in London and an editor for Edwin Ashdown publishing, who published this piece.
This is a very romantic piece in nature. The score calls for some stop changes and lots of use of the swell which I have cut out due to 1. having no pistons to change settings easily 2. the Behringer swell not being subtle enough for what is required. Anyway, I have aimed to keep the character of the piece intact with my registration.
