François Couperin (10 November 1668 – 11 September 1733) was a French Baroque composer, organist and harpsichordist.
This piece was arranged by Bruno Bizzarri and you can find the score here:

I include the translation of the arranger's comments:
"Many identify the author of this beautiful Christmas carol in Francois Couperin, even if there is no trace of it in the artist's musical production. The text narrates the night of Christmas and invites the peoples to raise hymns of glory to the Most High."
I include a translation of the lyrics from choralwiki
https://www.cpdl.org/wiki/index.php/In_notte_placida_(Fran%C3%A7ois_Couperin):
In a peaceful night, in a silent way,
the Love came from the fields of Heaven;
the Redeemer came for faithful souls.
There is a beat of a great mystery in the air;
the Lord of New Israel is born,
the most beautiful flower of our flowers.
Sing, Nations, glory to God!
Open your souls to hope and to love.
Hope you enjoy
