Jan Zwart's beautiful setting of "Morgenglans der eeuwigheid" is one of my favorites in the Dutch Romantic organ repertoire. Performed on the MDA Bovenkerk Hinsz VII sample set, it lends itself well to romantic "8-footey" registrations which allow the gorgeous harmonies to bellow through the church.
The score can be found in a publication called "5 Orgelkoralen," however the later chorale setting was was played from a separate score known as "Orgelwerken" by Jan Zwart (available on IMSLP).
