Number 4 in the set of 12 Short pieces for Organ by Samuel Wesley dated 1816.
The first section contrasts the Swell Oboe against the Great 8 and 4 foot flutes, with the second section played on the Great Diapasons (Open and Stopped).
I imagine these short pieces mostly being played at the time on small English organs of limited resources, and depending on their age not necessarily with pedals.
