This is the first of the 4 little choral preludes by Franz Schmidt. Sheet music is on IMSLP.

I chose the "Horn" with tremblant for the canonic upper voices. Too romantic? Perhaps. Like to know your opinion.

I also recorded the other three choral preludes. Perhaps I will record some more Schmidt, if I find the time to study it.....
