The second booklet of the serie contains works from another unknown composer. I must say it's a good surprise.
Aimable MASSIS was organist in the beautiful church Saint-Sernin in Toulouse. But I don't know if he knew the Cavaillé-Coll organ (1889). He certainly played the Daublaine & Callinet (1845). He should not be confused with Amable Massis (1893-1980).
His music is realy nice and pleasant.

We know more about him thanks to
SCMJOHN : "Although some sources give his first name as 'Aimable', the Revue Gazette Musicale de Paris in Jan 1858 gives his name as Auguste. I have his dates as b. 1820 and died in Toulouse in 1872 so he will not have experienced the Cavaillé-Coll organ there.
He was organist at Saint-Sernin from 1845 until his death "
