In this video I present two different pieces to show the beautiful Vox Humana of the organ/model of Adlington Hall, sampled by Sonus Paradisi (still in beta test phase). Although it's built around 1693, this organ has an old soul which makes it perfect for renaissance repertoire from Tudor composers and from the Fitzwilliam Virginal Book. In thase case a Dompe (lament) and a Gigg (jigg/gigue). In the video I explain some more about the origins of these pieces.
