Ignace Xavier Joseph Leybach was born in Gambsheim in east of France (Alsace) and died in Toulouse mai the 23th in 1891. He learned the organ with the organist of the cathedral of Strasbourg, Joseph Wackenthaler. He also learned the piano with Kalkbrenner and Chopin. In 1844 he is organist of the cathedral of Toulouse. He composed more than 350 works.
I must say that I had some difficulties to find what to do with these 3 pieces op 57. The last one is (imho) the most interresting.
This opus is dedicated to Marie de Resseguier. This is an old aristocratic family of south west of France very involved in politics. Some interresting informations can be found on Wikipédia.
