The Orgelbüchlein (sadly enough, unfinished by Bach) is a collection an organist can never get enough of. It's full of technical challenges in many different ways, but at the same time the music often is very deep in a poetic, sensitive way. I especially like the pieces in this collection in which Bach used a canonic structure, like BWV 629 'Erschienen ist der herrliche Tag', an Easter hymn. The score says 'In Canone all’ Ottava'.
Despite the massive acoustics of the Laurenskerk of Rotterdam, I tried to distinguish the two canonic lines regarding registration choice.
