Andante in E Minor

Of his small output of organ works, Wesley’s Andante in E minor was published in 1877, after his death. Indications are that he had written this piece much earlier is his life and towards the end had made some alterations. The original source has the piece written on three staves, so the pedal part was clearly defined. Though the piece has some charm, it is in places a little awkward (the sequence of consecutive octaves in the left hand at 2:40 being one example). For the solo reed used I have used the Solo Orchestral Oboe with support from the Solo Violoncello.
