Wer nur den lieben Gott lässt walten

Friedrich Christian Samuel Mohrheim was one of Johann Sebastian Bach's pupils at the Thomasschule in Leipzig and one of his copyists (for example for the Matthäus Passion). He wrote several trios for organ, of which this chorale trio on 'Wer nur den lieben Gott lässt walten' is one. It was a real surprise for me, both the piece and the composer were completely unknown to me. I very much like the drive of this trio, since it indicates 'Allegro', I certainly took the chance to press the gas pedal.
