Ecce Dominus veniet ...

This is the first piece from the Six antiennes pour le Temps de Noel, op 48 of Marcel Dupré. The set was published in 1952.
Eachone of the medidations is dedicated to one service of the christmas cycle. This one is fo the first sunday of advent ("Pour le premier Dimanche de l'Advent")
It is a calm meditation played using the foundation stops.

Ecce Dominus veniet,
et omnes sancti eius cum eo;
et erit in die illa lux magna.

Behold, the Lord cometh
and all his saints with him
and on that day there will be great light, alleluia
