Of course it is not really the great St. Sernin, it is one of my Metz rearrangements that you are used to by now. St. Sernin is a larger 3 manual organ than Metz or Caen, with an enhanced Grand Orgue including an unusually large number of mixture ranks (Fourniture 5 ranks, Cymbale 5 ranks, Cornet 5 ranks) and a complete trompeteria (Verticals 16 8 4 2 Horizontals 8 4) which are mimicked in this custom model. Another thing which is different to standard Metz is that the reeds are significantly more detuned.
I think this is quite tempestuous performance, if you like it steady and metronomic this version is probably not for you.
