Chorale prelude. There’s a questionmark in the book from which I played this. Bach or not, maybe a pupil, J.L. Krebs? (was favourite pupil of the composer for 9 years). Maybe it sounds easy, but was not easy to play.
In dulci jubilo "In sweet rejoicing" is a traditional Christmas Carol. The original song text is thought to have been written circa 1328.
