Thomas Åberg was born in Stockholm 1952 and works there as composer and music administrator. Most of his works are written for the organ and are characterized by their rhythmical joy, simplicity and humor. His music has been performed by organists at festivals throughout Europe and also in Japan and the USA. He also tours regularly as concert organist with his own works.

"Legend No. 6" dates from 2010 and is dedicated: "to Ann-Marie Muhl, May 15, 2010." It is a very attractive miniature for manuals alone. The gentle "bell-like" writing is almost hypnotic in its effect.
