Composer: Alain, Jehan
Sample Producer: Llanerch Organs
Sample Set: Blackburn Cathedral
Software: Hauptwerk VII
Genre: Modern
Description:
Alain's first piece written for organ and particularly the organ in his family home which, on the 29th August 1929, presented him with two cyphering notes c#'' and d#''. This short but exquisite lullaby was dedicated to his youngest sister Marie-Claire, age 3yrs. At the age of eighteen, he already showed an intuitive and sensitive ability to produce well-crafted and utterly pleasing music.

Maybe the piece should start by turning the blower on and then off at the end so that the cyphers start and finish. May sound like a bagpipe though! Certainly a good example of what can be done if this problem occurs.
