From L'organiste Liturgiste (Book 1, opus 65) by Alexandre Guilmant on the occasion of the 'Fête de l'Annonciation' this is the Offertoire, based on the hymn 'Ave Maria'.
It's a beautiful soft and gentle piece, played on the softer stops of Grand Orgue, (Salicional, Flute) Recit (at first Voix Celeste, later Voix Humaine), Bombarde (Flute Harmonique) and Pedal (Bourdons 16/8).
Sounds really at home on the Aristide sample set (not a big surprise, of course). I hope you'll like it too.
