From L'organiste Liturgiste (Book 1, opus 65) by Alexandre Guilmant this is the Strophe 'Trio', based on the hymn 'Exultet Orbis Gaudiis'.

The melody is played on the Trompette of the Positive, accompanied by foundation stops of the Grand Orgue (8'/4') and the Pedal (16'/8').

This repertoire really sounds at home on the Aristide sample set (not a big surprise, of course). I hope you'll like it too.
