From L'organiste Liturgiste (Book 1, opus 65) by Alexandre Guilmant these are two pieces based on the hymn 'Veni Creator Spiritus'.

The first piece is a chorale played on the 8'/4' foundation stops of the Grand Orgue and the Recit.
The second piece ('Alla fuga') is a forte fugato.

This repertoire really sounds at home on the Aristide sample set (not a big surprise, of course). I hope you'll like it too.
