A lively choral prelude on this familiar melody.

It is only a small piece of three pages long, but there are a lot of notes on those pages with much work for both hands and feet.

The range varies from f to fff, as is often the case with Reger.

Intricate piece; while practicing I looked up interpretations of some German organists.

One guy was the absolute winner for speed: he played it in one minute less than I do in this recording......
