Poem for Organ and Orchestra

Sometimes it takes a little longer to make your biggest dream come true; for me, it’s been 14 years from the first real attempt to today’s official launch: the first episode of my “Organ & Orchestra” project is finally online - and it is a world premiere indeed.

One of my favorite composers, Percy Whitlock, composed a wonderful piece for organ and orchestra in 1937 called “Poem.” The score for this work has never been published, and the piece has never been recorded in a dedicated production. There is only one live recording featuring my dear colleague David Enlow from a concert in the U.S. in 2024.

I am extremely happy and, of course, proud that Percy’s “Poem” is now available for the first time in studio quality with my recording - in the first episode of my long-awaited YouTube series “Organ & Orchestra.”
