I Know Why

I could as easily have called this selection "When Buddy met Bryan" :-)

Having been infected by Pierre's wonderful Buddy Cole tributes, I felt the need to adapt those wonderful countermelodies using untremmed diapasons.

So Buddy guides the way for the first chorus, then the influence of Bryan Rodwell takes over with soaring melodies and massed reeds.

The Tibia PIZZ is used to enhance the jazz pedal styling. The 2 Main Chamber tibias used together in open harmony produce a magical texture.

I really enjoyed being in the company of these 2 wonderful musicians :-)

The music is the 1941 Harry Warren classic, made famous by Glenn Miller in the movie "Sun Valley Serenade"
