This composition is from Jan mulder, born in Holland but now living in The States. First he got famous here as organist but later he replaced the organ with his very expensive Fazioli grandpiano. See also http://www.janmulder.us. His pieces are very emotional, just like this one. At the end however it 'explodes' in a huge toccata. The score was available at Millermusic but I can't find it any more. I could provide a scan if it can't be bought anymore. ;-)
