The Arnstadt Fugue is such an early work of J.S. Bach that the Master's playing technique had not yet been perfected: Notice how the pedal is reserved until the end, and when the pedal part does come in, the hands cease their counterpoint, and alternate between chords. When the manuals resume (including a flourish similar to that of Buxtehude), the pedal line either disappears or returns as a held pedal note.
The organ is the new Inspired Acoustics' sample set of the 1950 Steinmeyer organ of St. Laurentius Church in Weinheim, Germany. The sound is absolutely as it comes "out-of-the-box" with zero post-processing. The only adjustment I made to the set was to move the manual touch sliders on the Keyboard screen to their lightest touch positions.
