I have been improvising this evening, making use of several general combinations I've come up with on my newly completed Great and Swell divisions on my CODM. We start off with some moderate registrations on Gt. and Sw., switching to flutes on both in 2nd movement, and then back with some heavy forte on both manuals for the third. Midway through the third I used the 'Gt. Reeds on Swell' coupler as well, thus incorporating the 16' Bombard and 8' Trumpet into both manuals.
Now I really want real expression pedals! Have to put something together...
I also am loading only 1.5s release tails in order to save memory. My ideal is about 2.5 seconds, it sounds a bit bigger then.
Completely improvised, so I apologize for mistakes - I also had a 16 month old dodging around my chair as I played, distracting me. :-)
