Hatto Ständer (1929–2000) — Improvisation (1967) for organ
German composer Hatto Ständer (1929–2000) was born in Witten/Ruhr and was educated in Essen and Freiburg. From 1960 to 1992 he taught many musical disciplines at the Musikhochschule in Dortmund. As a composer, he wrote mostly sacred music, though in his earlier years he also wrote chamber music.
