Guglielmo Catel (Buenos Aires, Argentina 14-VI-1902; Milano 1967).
Organist and composer, studied at the Conservatory of La Plata; then graduated in violin at the Conservatory of Bologna; He then returned to the classrooms of the Conservatory of Milan to study organ and composition with G. Ramella and orchestration with A. Pedrollo.
Since 1930 he has been organist and responsible for music in S. Calimero and in S. Maria del Paradiso in Milan.
A slim, vaguely impressionist, inspirational musician, Catel has been frequently released for both vocal and organist music.
