Kaufmann wrote three choral preludes to "Vater unser im Himmelreich". The second is a bicinium, with the choral melody in the soprano voice. The accompaniment in the left hand part is also based on the choral melody. Each fragment accompanied by itself in half or even quarter note values. Kauffmann prescribes 16' stops for both voices. That's one of the things I like in Kauffmann: his unusual (to me) colourful registration prescription.
