Besides the one Prelude in e minor uploaded a few days ago (http://www.contrebombarde.com/concerthall/music/33442), there survives one other work for keyboard instrument by Arnold Matthias Brunckhorst: the one movement Sonata in A major. According to Spitta and Wolffheim, J. S. Bach at one time owned the autograph of a keyboard sonata by Brunckhorst, possibly even this sonata. It is regarded as the earliest German example the form of the two-part sonata structure, comparable to type encountered in the works of Domenico Scarlatti. It's originally meant for harpsichord, but works very well on the organ too.
